About the role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic Junior Site Reliability Engineer who is curious about how production systems work and what it takes to keep them reliable. If you enjoy solving practical engineering problems and want to learn how to run systems at scale, you’ll like working at One2N.
You will work closely with our startup and mid-size clients, supporting projects where the proof of concept is done and the real work revolves around scalability, maintainability, and reliability. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who wants to build strong fundamentals in DevOps, SRE, and platform engineering.Responsibilities

• Setting up and maintaining infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform.

• Support CI/CD pipeline setup and improvements using tools like GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Jenkins.

• Help build and maintain basic monitoring, logging, and alerting systems using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or Datadog.

• Work with senior engineers to troubleshoot issues across Linux systems, networks, and applications.

• Contribute to automation efforts to reduce manual tasks in deployments and operations.

• Learn and work with containerization and orchestrators such as Docker and Kubernetes.

• Participate in code reviews and follow engineering best practices.

• Document processes, runbooks, and configurations to improve team efficiency.

• Stay curious and continuously learn new tools, cloud technologies, and DevOps/SRE concepts.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or related engineering roles.

• Basic understanding of Linux systems and hands-on experience with Bash scripting.

• Familiarity with at least one programming language (Golang, Python, Java, or equivalent).

• Exposure to IaC tools (e.g., Terraform) or configuration management tools (e.g., Ansible).

• Understanding of how CI/CD pipelines work using tools like GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Jenkins.

• Basic knowledge of networking concepts such as subnets, CIDRs, and NATs.

• Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools - either self-hosted (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK) or SaaS options (Datadog, New Relic).

• Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure is a plus.

• Understanding of Docker and basic awareness of Kubernetes or other orchestrators.

• Strong CS fundamentals, problem-solving mindset, and eagerness to learn.
