About the role:

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist with a strong track record in hiring senior technical talent, particularly within software engineering roles. This role requires close collaboration with technical stakeholders, strong sourcing capabilities, and the ability to deliver an exceptional candidate experience while driving efficient and structured hiring processes.

Key responsibilities:

  • Drive hiring for senior and niche software engineering roles.

  • Collaborate closely with technical stakeholders to understand hiring needs and build effective sourcing strategies.

  • Source and engage high-quality engineering talent through multiple channels, including job portals, professional networks, social platforms, and referrals, with a strong focus on targeted and network-driven hiring.

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including candidate outreach, interview coordination, stakeholder alignment, offer discussions, and onboarding support.

  • Champion and consistently enhance the candidate experience, ensuring timely communication, transparency, and a positive hiring journey.

  • Stay updated on evolving hiring trends, talent market movements, and industry best practices.

  • Use and experiment with no-code tools to improve recruiting workflows and efficiency.

  • Effectively use work management tools (e.g., Notion, Asana, or similar) to track hiring progress and maintain structured documentation.

  • Maintain clear interview notes, hiring updates, and status tracking while partnering with stakeholders.

About you:

  • 2+ years of experience in technical recruitment, with significant exposure to senior engineering hiring.

  • Proven ability to collaborate with technical stakeholders and influence hiring decisions.

  • Strong sourcing expertise with experience building and nurturing talent networks.

  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.

  • Highly process-oriented with strong documentation and tracking discipline.
