New Joiner Relocation Policy

Overall process

We understand that relocating to a new city is a big step. This policy is designed to provide practical support to employees moving to Pune so they can focus on settling in and getting started with confidence.

Eligibility

Relocation support is applicable when:

  • The candidate is hired externally and required to relocate from a different city to Pune

  • The relocation is permanent in nature

  • The offer letter explicitly mentions relocation eligibility

  • Not applicable for movement within Pune city limits.

Relocation Support Structure

Total Cap: Up to INR 50,000 (all-inclusive)

Employees may choose how to utilize the cap across the following components:

A. Temporary Accommodation

  • To help you settle in, the company will arrange a hotel or serviced apartment stay for up to 14 days by the Admin team

  • Cost will be managed within the overall INR 50,000 cap

B. Travel to Pune

  • Booking to be done by the employee

  • Reimbursement upon submission of valid invoices

  • Economy mode of travel only

C. Household Goods Transportation

  • Vendor selection to be done by the employee

  • Reimbursement upon submission of valid GST invoices

  • The total combined expense across selected components must not exceed ₹50,000.

The employee needs to clarify to the Company if and how they plan to utilise this allowance at least 2 weeks before their arrival date.

Reimbursement Guidelines

  • Only GST-paid invoices will be eligible for reimbursement

  • Claims must be submitted within 30 days of relocation

  • Reimbursement will be processed post-Finance verification

  • Expenses exceeding INR 50,000 will not be reimbursed

Recovery Clause

  • If the employee resigns within 12 months from the date of joining, the actual amount utilized and reimbursed (up to INR 50,000) will be fully recoverable.

  • Recovery will be adjusted against the Full & Final settlement

  • Any shortfall remains payable by the employee

Exceptions

Any exception to this policy will be subject to Management discretion and written approval.
